Canker Experience - Lindsay Barrack (MF Eventing) & Mr.Krunchy

“I read your canker case study and I couldn’t believe my eyes. 

I’ve been using Equine One products for years to keep all our horses’ feet healthy, thrush free, and moisture-balanced. When it was discovered on November 8th, 2022 that one of my draft horses Mr. Krunchy had a small spot of canker on his hind foot, we immediately started putting Equine One and a tiny bit of strong iodine on it. We also scheduled to have the canker surgically removed on December 1st, 2022. But by the time surgery day approached neither my farrier nor myself could even tell where the canker WAS! I asked the vet if it was possible that it would be healed, she said “Not impossible but highly unlikely”. When she got here on surgery day both herself and the farrier couldn’t see ANY signs of the canker whatsoever! (To be certain they even cut at the area with a hoof knife!).”
